Verdict
The LUBA 3 AWD 3000H is the sweet spot of Mammotion's flagship line: the full Tri-Fusion sensor stack and 80% climbing, sized and priced for large residential lots rather than paddocks.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Tri-Fusion navigation works in any weather, day or night
- Huge 40 cm cutting deck finishes big lawns fast
- AWD with independent suspension for 80% grades
- No local RTK antenna needed thanks to NetRTK
What to know
- Physically large, so it needs 30-inch-plus gates and passages
- Premium price before the optional garage
- Overqualified for flat half-acre suburbia
Full review
The LUBA 3 series introduced Tri-Fusion positioning, which cross-checks a 360° LiDAR, network RTK satellite correction, and dual AI cameras against each other continuously. The practical effect is a mower with no bad conditions. Dense tree cover defeats RTK, darkness defeats cameras, and open featureless lawns give LiDAR little to grip, but nothing defeats all three at once.
The 3000H pairs that brain with serious muscle: a 40-centimeter cutting deck, roughly double the width of mid-range machines, and all-wheel drive rated for 80% slopes. Three-quarters of an acre gets finished in a fraction of the sessions smaller mowers need. Mind the physical size when planning gates and passages, and skip it if your lawn is a flat rectangle. For everyone else at this tier, it's the machine to beat.
Who it's for: Large, complex, hilly lawns to 0.75 acre. The LUBA 3 experience without the 5000's price.
